I rise to congratulate the Collaroy Surf Life Saving Club boat section on an outstanding season and a fantastic campaign at Aussies 2026. Collaroy's crews represented the club and our local community with enormous strength and spirit on the national stage. A special congratulations to the Giants, who claimed gold in the Open Women's division for the first time in 80 years. This is an extraordinary achievement. Congratulations! I also congratulate the Collaroy Longnecks Under 23 Men, who finished fifth after a terrific season, and the Open Women Crusaders, who also finished fifth in their first season together and made an Aussies final. Congratulations also to the Collaroy Cannons for placing in the top 12, the Crusaders for their top 16 result, and to the Keh-bahbs, Cutters and Cowboys for their strong campaigns. Surf boat rowing takes trust and enormous commitment. These results reflect countless early mornings, tough training sessions and exceptional teamwork. I congratulate every crew, sweep, coach, supporter and volunteer involved in the Collaroy Surf Life Saving Club boat section on a remarkable season.
