I wish to recognise the exceptional achievements of Northern Beaches Secondary College, Cromer Campus and to congratulate its students, teachers, staff, parents and wider school community on a truly outstanding year. This year, the school achieved an extraordinary milestone, receiving an incredible 14 HSC major work nominations for exhibition. These nominations came from four different disciplines: visual arts, music, dance and industrial technology, an achievement that speaks volumes about the talent of students and the dedication, expertise and high expectations of their teachers. The school's performing arts program has also been a highlight, with the hugely successful production of School of Rock, strong representation at School Spectacular, and outstanding cultural pride and performance through the Haka Warriors program. Cromer students have also excelled in dance competitions, with ensembles placing strongly and major honours achieved. In sport, Cromer Campus has continued to lift its performance, reaching regional finals across multiple sports and seeing a growing number of students achieve state and national representation, particularly in athletics. Cromer Campus remains a school of enormous spirit and ambition, and I thank everyone who makes it such a proud part of our community.
