Today I would like to recognise the Northern Beaches Water Polo U14s B team on their awesome effort and making our local community extremely proud. In the recent Australian Youth Water Polo Championships, the club's Under 14 team achieved an outstanding second-place finish, competing against some of the strongest youth teams in the country. This national competition represents one of the highest levels of junior water polo in Australia, making this result a significant accomplishment. This achievement highlights the strength of the club's junior program and its ability to develop young athletes capable of performing on a national level. Their success reflects countless hours of training and the commitment of both players and coaches. This result is not only a milestone for the team, but also a proud moment for the Wakehurst and Northern Beaches community, demonstrating the impact of local sporting clubs in fostering a great place for local legends to succeed.
