Taldumande Youth Services

I recognise the outstanding work of Taldumande Youth Services as they celebrate 50 years of supporting young people across the northern beaches and North Shore. Taldumande provides vital support to young people aged 12 to 24, offering safe accommodation and tailored programs including crisis, semi-independent and supported housing. Their work ensures that every young person is seen, supported and given the chance to rebuild. It is truly extraordinary. The staff and volunteers go above and beyond every day, working with compassion and care to support young people more than doing it tough, often in incredibly complex circumstances. At a time when housing affordability is worsening and youth homelessness is rising, services like Taldumande are more important than ever. I commend this extraordinary charity, Taldumande Youth Services, on their incredible milestone and thank them for the life-changing work they continue to deliver in our communities.
