Vivian Wang

Today I'm absolutely delighted to celebrate a very sweet success story of Vivian Wang, owner of V's Dessert Gluten Free cafe in Dee Why, located just a short stroll from my electorate office. Vivian has scooped up not one, not two, but four gold medals at the Sydney Royal Easter Show in the prestigious Sydney Royal Cheese & Dairy Competition. As if that wasn't impressive enough, Vivian also took out overall champion in her category with her original flavour cheesecake. That's right, best of the best. It's certainly no small feat at one of the nation's biggest and most competitive food events. Vivian's Basque-style cheesecakes are baked in small batches using high quality ingredients, and come in a range of irresistible flavours including, coffee, blueberry, and rose honey and pistachio. My staff tell me that the cheesecakes are seriously prize-worthy, and I'm inclined to believe them. I am so proud to see a local business shine on such a big stage. Vivian's passion and hard work has truly paid off. Congratulations Vivian. I suspect your cheesecakes will be flying off the shelves faster than ever. Well done!
