Humph Hall - Supporting Live Music in Allambie Heights

I'm proud to celebrate Humph Hall in Allambie Heights and the contribution it makes to live music and community life in Wakehurst. The former Allambie Heights Uniting Church is now a home that also welcomes musicians and audiences for concerts, rehearsals and other creative activities. It provides a space for groups including Loosely Woven, the Corona Ensemble and the Highly Strung Harp Ensemble, alongside film screenings and art exhibitions. On Saturday 24 October, Humph Hall will welcome songwriters Ben Walker and Kane Vincent, continuing its program of live performances. Spaces like Humph Hall give people the chance to encounter new music, support performers and share an experience with their neighbours. I thank Wayne Richmond and everyone who contributes to keeping this distinctive local venue active. Their generosity helps sustain the creative life of our community, and I wish the performers and audience a wonderful evening.
